Terms and Conditions
These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “We”) when you purchase goods in the electronic store (hereinafter referred to as the “e-store”).
2. The moment of conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
2.1. The Agreement between You and Us is considered concluded from the moment when You, having created a shopping cart, specified a delivery address, selected a payment method and familiarized yourself with our rules, click the “Order” button in the e-store.
2.2. The Agreement enters into force when We receive Your payment for the goods within 1-2 business days and is valid until the goods are fully delivered.
2.3. Each agreement concluded between Us and You is stored in the e-store.
2.4. The order sent and printed by e-mail is a preliminary invoice according to which payment is made.
3. Your rights:
3.1. You have the right to purchase goods in the e-store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the e-store.
3.2. You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods with the e-store, except for cases when the contract is concluded due to:
3.2.1. participation in games or lotteries;
3.2.2. in other cases when the contract of sale cannot be withdrawn, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. You undertake:
4.1. You must pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days from the date of placing the order, and accept them, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must update them immediately.
4.3. By using the e-store, you agree to these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.
5. Our rights:
5.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the operation or stable operation of the e-store, We may, without prior warning, limit or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the e-store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
5.2. In the event of important circumstances, We may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the e-store without prior notice to You.
5.3. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.
6. We undertake to:
6.1. Create all conditions for You to properly use the services provided by the e-store.
6.2. Deliver the goods You ordered to the address You specified and within the agreed delivery period.
6.3. If, due to important circumstances, we are unable to deliver the goods you ordered, we undertake to inform you about the preparation time of the missing product, and if you refuse, to refund the money paid to you within 72 hours.
7. Delivery of goods:
7.1. The goods are delivered by Us or the Parcel Service.
7.2. During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment together with Us or Our authorized representative.
7.3. After you sign the Invoice or the delivery document of the shipment, it is considered that the shipment has been transferred.
7.4. If you notice damage to the shipment, you must not accept the shipment and mark this on the consignment note. After you accept the goods and sign the consignment note without comments, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered properly.
8. Return of goods.
8.1. Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the 2001. June 29d. Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items”.
8.2. The returned item must be fully completed. You are responsible for the complete completion and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully completed and properly packaged, We or Our representative will not accept the item for return.
8.3. The item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packaged.
8.4. You cover the costs of returning the item, except in cases where the item is returned due to poor product quality.
8.5. When a defective item is returned, We undertake to take the defective product and replace it with an analogous item. In the event that We do not have an analogous item, We will refund the money paid for the item to You.
9. Liability.
9.1. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, We are not responsible for the consequences arising from this.
9.2. You are responsible for the actions performed using the e-store.
9.3. You are responsible for the transfer of the identification code to third parties. If third parties use your identification code, You are responsible for the actions performed by the third party.
10. Sending information.
10.1. We send all notifications to the e-mail address provided by You in the registration form.
10.2. You send all notifications and questions by the means specified in the “Contacts” section of Our e-store.
11. Protection of personal data.
11.1. Any information related to personal data is subject to the Seller’s personal data protection policy, which is regulated by the relevant Laws of the Republic of Lithuania and is carried out in accordance with the State Data Protection Act.
